      bought this thinking it could handle regular heavy usage, but it’s not up to the task. While it claims 8–10 kg/hr, I’ve never achieved that rate — it’s slower and struggles with hard grains. The small hopper makes it impractical for bulk grinding. The noise is disruptive, and the motor heats up after 15–20 minutes of use. Flour consistency is unpredictable, and I often need to re-grind. The cleaning process is messy and time-consuming. Overall, it feels like a basic machine sold at a premium price without delivering the expected performance.
